In December Savesa will be celebrating ten years of activity as an Interim Management Services Provider. We are happy with the results that we have achieved so far and proud to have participated in projects in four different European countries. However, companies have permanently to revisit their strategies and exploit new market opportunities, and we thought it was about time for us to do so.
During the past ten years we have concentrated our focus on projects with a longer duration (two or more years), mainly working for big multinational groups. So far we have been absent of the shorter term, part time projects segment. The market research that we have recently conducted showed us that Interim Management can be of great help also for smaller companies. The cost barrier can be overcome with creative part-time models, in order to make it affordable.
