MAURICIO VALLADA

Born in São Paulo, Brazil, Maurício has a degree in Economics from São Paulo University (USP) and in Advertising from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM). In 2007 he obtained an Executive MBA degree from Esade, Barcelona.

Maurício started his career at the Staff department at Hoechst do Brasil. In 1993 he was transferred to Porto where he worked at Herberts Portugal, a Hoechst Group Company. Since then he has worked as Controller, Sales Manager, Business Manager Europe and Asia, and General Manager in different multinational companies in Portugal, Spain, France and Germany. Maurício works as an Interim Manager since 2006.

GIANPIERO BROZZI

Born in Maracaibo, Venezuela, Gianpiero studied in Venezuela, Italy and England. He has a degree in Economics and Business Management from Parma University, Italy, and in 2011 obtained an Executive MBA degree from ESADE, Barcelona.

Gianpiero started his career at the Quality Department of Omso in Italy. In 1996 he moved to Germany, where he worked as Export Manager at Brecon Vibrationstechnik (a spin-off from Robert Bosch GmbH). In 1998 he returned to Venezuela where he started his own business, working in Industrial Machinery Distribution, Logistics and Facility Management for logistic operators. During his work life he has held positions in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Sales Management and General Management in Venezuela, Italy, Germany, Portugal and Spain. Gianpiero works as an Interim Manager since 2009.
